I recommend it. It is worth of having the essential version of Lingvo on iPhones.

You should inform customers that there is no dictionaries in this base version!!! $2.99 for nothing!

Last time I tried to look up a word, I found out that all the downloaded dictionaries are gone. It does it all the time!

Like it, handy to have it on iPhone.

Dont buy. I have been trying for two days to install a basic set of dictionaries , without success. Very disappointing and a waste of money.

If you are ready to pay the price of a good Dictionary (around $10-25), then you will be happy with the app; the basic set is not so useful. I bought English Premium Set and Im very happy with the range of vocabulary. The only downside of the app - it loads relatively slowly (2 seconds for an iPhone app is a long wait).

I like Lingvo dictionaries a lot. Worth every penny.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP! after an update all purchased/downloaded dictionaries vanish! You can spend $100 in-app and end up having to pay it all over again if you update the app. Extremely disappointing and unfair. RIPOFF! Not to mention that the app crashes occasionally. Almost no tech support and non-existent word base that comes by default with the app.

I like the picture you guys posted for your update release - aka iPhone 5.))))) Took iPhone 4 picture and stretched it)))). Right-on, very creative))))). Anyhow, the product overall is really good. Have been using em for quite a while. Both, desktop and mobile versions actually. And also installed it to my family members devices, everybody happy! So, highly recommend. Cheers!

The application gone from my iPhone 4S after the latest update. How can I get I back?

This dictionary app is a great help to adding to my vocabulary every day.It supports several language translation and gives a comprehensive explanation to each word.The favorite feature about this app is image recognition which saves plenty of time.

I have been using Lingvo since much earlier than it find its way to Apple devices. It is a professional still very easy to use software. It is used by professional translators all around the world. The greatest benefit of it is, that you dont need Internet connection for it to work. I highly recommend it to anyone.

It is taking forever to download a dictionary. Literally I cant download even one dict, hence application is useless! Support is very poor, they just ignore all your complaints.

Turkish-Russian dictionary was perfect. After update many words are missing. Please release new update as soon as possible.
